Difficult Market made easy.

Difficult Market made easy. Melanie did a great job narrowing down homes that took VA. It is a difficult market for non-cash buyers right now and I was really expecting constant let downs.This was not the case for me, Melanie made everything work in my favor and easy as possible for me. I also had some discrepancies on paperwork from the appraiser and lender, she made sure that they were corrected promptly. She also negotiated quite well for various closing costs.I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area.
